We ensure that your data is deleted properly and documented, whether it is before resale, reuse or physical destruction. You can safely leave the responsibility to us we offer solutions that match all types of needs.
Software-based Data Erasure
For software-based data erasure, we use certified tools such as Blancco and Certus Software, which meet both European and American standards. These solutions meet the requirements of GDPR and other international guidelines, including from NATO, the EU Commission and leading national cybersecurity authorities. PRACTICAL MANAGEMENT OF IT EQUIPMENT
When you need to have new IT equipment installed, there are many things that need to be planned to ensure a good result. In other words, the logistics must be completely in place when it comes to dismantling, registration, data erasure, installation, replacement, and packaging handling, just to mention a few pieces of the big puzzle.
We have developed planning and control systems here in the house, so that all the pieces fall into place – every time. We start by preparing the IT equipment with us before the actual installation with you to optimize the process. The more we can handle in our own center, the less we disturb you.
When the IT equipment has been prepared, we are ready for the actual replacement and dismantling of the obsolete equipment. We offer to remove the old IT equipment and delete data so that the equipment can either be reused or scrapped according to applicable national environmental regulations. If you wish, we will donate the old equipment to a good cause or resell the equipment for you.
